Soybean-Lentil-Rice Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
| Soybeans | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lentils | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked brown rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk or water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Egg whites | 2 , beaten | |
| Tomato puree | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , chopped | |
| Sea salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Wheat germ | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chile powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mash soybeans and lentils well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Turn into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
