 Soybeans1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lentils1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked brown rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk or water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Medium, finely chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Egg whites2 , beaten
 Tomato puree1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery stalks2 , chopped
 Sea salt2 Teaspoon
 Wheat germ1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Chile powder1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, mash soybeans and lentils well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Turn into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
