Soybean Creole Recipe
Ingredients
| Soybeans | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 16 Can (10oz) | |
| Frozen corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Brewer's yeast - 3 tablespoons (optional) | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil pinch | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a heavy saucepan combine all ingredients and simmer with cover slowly over very low heat until corn is done and flavors are blended.
SERVING
2. Serve the creole with garnish as desired.
