Soy Bean Chilli Recipe

Ingredients
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tamari soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Canned tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato puree | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups cooked soybeans with liquid | ||
Directions
In large skillet, saute onion, celery and green pepper in oil.
Add seasonings, tomatoes and tomato puree; bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add soybeans and continue to simmer 30 minutes longer; correct seasoning to taste.
