Soybean And Vegetable Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cap chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 1/2 caps peeled, chopped fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup homemade vegetable broth
3 tablespoons brewer's yeast
3 cups cooked soybeans
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the celery and onions until tender. Mix the onion mixture with the remaining ingredients and turn into an oiled 3-quart casserole. Bake for 30 minutes.
