Ingredients

 4 cups cooked and drained soybeans
 Pecans1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground almonds1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seeds1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/3 cup flax seeds, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes and drained, optional
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1 Teaspoon
 Ground cumin1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grind the beans through a meat grinder and mix with the pecans, almonds, sesame seeds, and flax seeds.
3. Heat the oil and saute the celery and onions until tender. Add to the bean mixture with the remaining ingredients. Pack into a 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. (Alternately, the loaf mixture may be formed into patties and fried in a little oil in a skillet.)
