Soya Mint Tikkis Recipe
Ingredients
| Chickpeas | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), boiled and drained | |
| Nuggets | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Finely chopped mint | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Finely chopped green chilies | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Finely chopped ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste |

Directions
Drain and squeeze out all the water.
Blend together Kabuli chana, soya nuggets and mint in a blender to get a smooth paste.
Add green chillies, ginger and salt, and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape it into round, flat tikkis.
Cook them on a non stick pan using a little oil till both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
