Soya Crisps Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup soya flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp liquid shortening
1 tsp Salt
Directions
Blend soya flour and broth in saucepan until smooth.
Bring gradually to a boil; remove from heat.
Blend in liquid shortening and salt.
Pour into large flat baking sheet to a depth of no more than 1/4 in. (6 mm).
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Cut into 2 1/4 in. (6 cm) squares.
Cut diagonally into triangles.
