Soy Sauce Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken | 1 Dozen | |
| Soy sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 c. liquid honey 50 mL | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 2 Milliliter | |
Directions
Cut the tips from the chicken wings.
Cut the remaining part of each wing in half at the joint.
Combine the soy sauce, honey and garlic into a marinade and place in a bowl or plastic bag.
Immerse the chicken wing pieces in this mixture and refrigerate at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in a shallow roasting pan.
Retain the marinade for basting.
Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes and drain off any excess juices.
Bake for another 40-45 minutes, basting frequently with the reserved marinade.
Toss the sesame seeds over top for last 15 minutes.
