Soy Milk Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup dry soybeans, soaked 24 hours and drained
1 quart water
Optional:
Add 1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon unrefined oil, and a pinch of sea salt.
Directions
Blend the soaked beans (about 2 cups after soaking) with 1 quart water.
Strain through cheesecloth into a saucepan.
Bring the liquid to a boil.
Remove from heat immediately.
Cool and strain again.
