Soy Marinated Skin Steaks Recipe
In my opinion there's not another recipe better than this Soy Marinated Skin Steaks that is the reason I am so thrilled about introducing it to you. Ingredients
5 large cloves garlic, put through press
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons imported Chinese soy sauce or Japanese soy sauce
3 pounds skirt or flank steaks
Greens such as parsley or watercress for decoration
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
Combine the garlic, soy sauce, oregano, oil, tomato paste and pepper and spread on both sides of steaks.
Refrigerate overnight.
Broil steaks 2 inches from source of heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Slice very thinly on the diagonal and serve at room temperature.
NOTE TO COOK: Prepare steaks at home within an hour of going to the party.
Do not refrigerate.
Carry to party on serving platter, well wrapped.
Decorate platter with greens and serve.
