Soy Gluten Popovers Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
3/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup gluten flour
Directions
Blend eggs and milk.
Sift rest of ingredients together and stir into liquid mixture.
Blend thoroughly.
Turn into well-oiled hot popover pan.
Bake at 450° F. for 30 minutes.
