Soy Cornmeal Porridge Recipe

| 1/2 cup soy grits | ||
| 1 cup cold water, potato water or milk | ||
| Cornmeal | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 cups hot water, potato water or milk | ||
| Nutritional yeast | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix soy grits, cornmeal, salt and yeast with cold water to make smooth paste.
Stir mixture into boiling liquid in top of double boiler.
Cook over direct heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cover.
Place over bottom of double boiler, to which hot water has been added.
Cook for one hour.
