Ingredients

 Minced onion1 Small
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Soy cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Breadcrumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sage To Taste
 Milk1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Ground nuts2 Tablespoon

Directions

Saute onion in butter until slightly brown.
Add Soy cheese, breadcrumbs, sage, milk and nuts.
Blend well.
Form into balls and bake in moderate oven — 350°F.
till brown.
