Butter And Soy Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 small minced onion
 
2 tblspn, butter
 
1 cup soy cheese
 
1 cup breadcrumbs
 
Sage to taste
 
1/4 cup milk
 
2 tblspn, ground nuts

Directions

Saute onion in butter until slightly brown.
Add Soy cheese, breadcrumbs, sage, milk and nuts.
Blend well.
Form into balls and bake in moderate oven — 350°F.
till brown.
