Soy Beef Tomato Over Cake Noodle Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
* 2 cups of dried soy beef
 
* 2 cups of water
 
* soy beef
 
* vegetarian broth
 
* polenta pasta
 
* vegetable oil (optional)
 
* almond butter or peanut butter
 
* bell pepper
 
* tomato
 
* Bragg’s Amino
 
* no-anchovy Worcestershire sauce
 
* organic tomato ketchup
 
* barley malt
 
* bamboo shoots, julienne

Directions

Add soy beef to boiling vegetarian broth. Drain the beef. Set it aside.
Cook pasta according to package direction. Leave little bit water with pasta in the pan. Stir well. Put noodles in a preheated non-stick pan. Brown a bit. Give it a cake presentation. Set it aside.
Put tomatoes in a non-stick pan. Add bell pepper to the pan. Saute them. Add bragg’s amino, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Stir well.
Put bragg’s amino, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup to the beef. Add barley malt to beef. Stir well.
Add beef to vegetables. Add julienne bamboo shoots. Stir well. Put beef-vegetable mixture over pasta.
