| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/2 onion, sliced into thin rings | ||
| Sesame seeds | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
Directions
After the beans are cooked, drain them well.
Combine the honey, vinegar, oil, tahini, salt, herbs, and spices EXCEPT sesame.
Toss the dressing into the cooked peanuts and beans; add the onion rings, cover, and chill several hours or overnight.
Just before serving stir in the sesame seeds and transfer the marinade to a bowl lined with greens.
