Ingredients

 1 cup raw peanuts, cooked
 Soybeans1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apple cider vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame oil2 Tablespoon
 1/4 cup sesame tahini OR sesame butter
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Tarragon1/4 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 1/2 onion, sliced into thin rings
 Sesame seeds2/3 Cup (16 tbs), toasted

Directions

After the beans are cooked, drain them well.
Combine the honey, vinegar, oil, tahini, salt, herbs, and spices EXCEPT sesame.
Toss the dressing into the cooked peanuts and beans; add the onion rings, cover, and chill several hours or overnight.
Just before serving stir in the sesame seeds and transfer the marinade to a bowl lined with greens.
