Directions

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and onion.
Arrange fish in single layer in shallow dish; pour soy sauce mixture over.
Marinate fish for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature; turn occasionally.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place fish in a well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill over hot coals for 8 to 9 minutes.
Turn fish and brush with marinade.
Grill 6 to 8 minutes more or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
