Soy Maple Walnut Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups soy yogurt | ||
| Honey | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lecithin | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring | ||
| 1 1/2 tsp. walnut flavoring | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In your blender, add all ingredients and blend properly.
2) Add walnuts to the mixture and stir well.
3) In a freezer, pour the mixture.
4) Place the freezer inside the frozen zone of your refrigerator and allow to freeze for several hours.
SERVING
5) Serve with your favorite toppings.
