Soy Lamb Croquettes Recipe
Ingredients
| 100 g / 3 1/2 oz soy granules | ||
| 500 g / 1 lb lamb mince | ||
| Onions spring | 4 , finely chopped | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Oat bran | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil for deep frying | ||
Directions
1. Pour boiling water over soy granules, stand 5 minutes, drain.
2. Combine soy granules, lamb mince, spring onions, cottage cheese, egg, parsley and oregano (a), refrigerate until cold.
3. Divide mixture into 12, shape into croquettes, roll in bran (b). Deep fry croquettes in hot oil (c) until golden brown, drain.
