Ingredients

 100 g / 3 1/2 oz soy granules
 500 g / 1 lb lamb mince
 Onions spring4 , finely chopped
 Cottage cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Oregano1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Oat bran1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oil for deep frying

Directions

1. Pour boiling water over soy granules, stand 5 minutes, drain.
2. Combine soy granules, lamb mince, spring onions, cottage cheese, egg, parsley and oregano (a), refrigerate until cold.
3. Divide mixture into 12, shape into croquettes, roll in bran (b). Deep fry croquettes in hot oil (c) until golden brown, drain.
