Soy-Honey Chicken Recipe
Soy-Honey Chicken has been in my head for a while now. I had never tried Soy-Honey Chicken earlier and hence had some starting trouble. And now that I have made it, I am pretty sad-Why didn't I try it before?

| Tamari soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Fryer chicken | 2 1/2 Pound, cut into pieces |

Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade.
Arrange chicken on oven roasting pan.

Bake uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer or until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink, brushing occasionally with marinade.
