Soy Ginger Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon rice-wine vinegar or 1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar | ||
| Ginger root | 1 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Red cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to blend.
