Soy Flour Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. ground meat
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Stone-Buhr soy flour
1/4 cup Stone-Buhr quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape the loaf and place in a 9 x 5 in. (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until done.
