Soy Daikon Bits Recipe
Ingredients
| Daikon radish | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Grated ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Wash and peel daikon and cut into small bite-size pieces.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over daikon.
Refrigerate overnight (will keep several,days) and serve chilled.
