Soy Daikon Bits Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 lbs. daikon (Japanese white radish)
 
1 cup soy sauce
 
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
 
1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger root (or dash of dry ground ginger)

Directions

Wash and peel daikon and cut into small bite-size pieces.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over daikon.
Refrigerate overnight (will keep several,days) and serve chilled.
