Ingredients

 Eggs2 Small, separated
 Sea kelp - 1 teaspoon
 Corn flour1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Cooking oil4 Tablespoon
 Soy or nut milk - 2 cups
 Soy low-fat flour - 1 cup, sifted
 Sunflower seed meal - 1 tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add egg whites and beat until stiff. Keep aside.
2) In another bowl add other ingredients and beat well.
3) Fold in egg whites and bake in waffle iron until crisp.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
