Soy Corn Waffles Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 Small, separated | |
| Sea kelp - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Corn flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Cooking oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Soy or nut milk - 2 cups | ||
| Soy low-fat flour - 1 cup, sifted | ||
| Sunflower seed meal - 1 tablespoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl add egg whites and beat until stiff. Keep aside.
2) In another bowl add other ingredients and beat well.
3) Fold in egg whites and bake in waffle iron until crisp.
SERVING
4) Serve hot.
