Soy Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 egg, hard-cooked
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp water
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
Dash black pepper
Directions
Combine chicken, cucumber, sprouts and egg in a medium bowl.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until serving time.
To make the dressing, blend remaining ingredients.
Just before serving, pour dressing over salad.
Toss to completely coat the salad.
