Directions

Mix chicken wings, corn flour and beaten egg in a bowl. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken wings till they are cooked. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan; add chicken wings, Ching's Secret All In One sauce, Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce, Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, stir well so that all the chicken wings get coated with the sauce. Adjust salt, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
