Southwestern Yogurt Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced | ||
| 1 mild green canned chili, chopped | ||
| Cilantro | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients with Yogurt Cheese and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve at room temperature as a spread on jicama slices or on toasted tortilla pieces.
Thin with whey to desired consistency for use as a dip with chips.
