Directions
GETTING READY
1) Take the peeled shrimp and cut into lengthwise.
2) Wash out the vein properly.
3) Press the shrimp open to flatten slightly.
4) Take a plastic bowl and mix cornstarch, lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in shrimp.
5) Cover the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
MAKING
6) Take a 12-inch skillet and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
7) Add the bell peppers, onion, broth, garlic and grounded red pepper to the skillet and cook them for 2 minutes. Keep stirring them.
8) Stir in the shrimp mixture and cook for another 4 minutes.
SERVING
9) Serve the shrimp over rice or noodles.
