Ingredients

 Picante sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Italian salad dressing1/4 Cup (16 tbs), prepared
 Ground cumin1/4 Teaspoon
 Baby spinach4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Black beans1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 1 cup sliced/resh mushrooms
 Sweet red pepper1 Medium, julienned
 1/2 cup sliced red onion
 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Directions

In a small bowl, combine picante sauce, salad dressing and cumin.
In a salad bowl, combine spinach, beans, mushrooms, pepper, onion and bacon.
Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
Garnish with eggs.
