Ingredients

 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic8 Clove (5gm)
 Jalapeno (or serrano chilies)- 1 to 1 ½, stemmed and ribs removed, very finely minced
 Red bell peppers-3, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
 Chicken breasts-2 whole, boned, skinned, and lightly pounded to 1 inch thickness between plastic wrap, (about 1 pound each)
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Chili powder2 Teaspoon
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon
 Such as chardonnay2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cilantro1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Cayenne pepper –a pinch
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 275 ° F.

MAKING
