Southwestern Egg Puff Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. Mexican Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Pepper, cubed
2 cups cottage cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup picante sauce
1/4 cup Margarine, melted
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 12-oz. can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained
Directions
In large bowl, combine ingredients: mix well.
Pour into greased 12x8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350°, 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream and avocado slices, if desired.
