2(15.25 ounce) cans corn, drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onions
Non-fat butter spray
Directions
Spray nonstick skillet with butter spray.
Saute pepper and onions in butter spray until soft.
Add corn and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
