Southwest Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
| Banana | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup chopped mango, papaya or guava | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor work-bowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth.
Strain if using mango.
