1 In a mixing glass, combine sour mix, mint leaves and Plymouth gin.
2 Add some ice and cover the glass.
3 Shake it really well to blend the flavors.
4 Strain in to a cocktail glass.
5 Top with some club soda.
SERVING
6 Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
