Southern Tea Cakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 pkg. pound cake mix (17 oz.)
4 oz. preserved fruit, finely diced
Directions
Prepare pound cake as directed, but reduce milk to 1/2 C (or two thirds of required amount of liquid).
Fold in preserved fruit.
Drop by very small spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet, allowing room for spreading.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350° F.
