1 tsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
3 slices bacon
3 hard-boiled eggs, halved
Paprika to taste
Directions
Mix kale with butter, salt and pepper; place in serving bowl.
Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Crumble bacon over kale; top with eggs.
