12 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 c. bourbon
2 oz. rum
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 c. heavy cream
4 c. milk
Directions
Beat egg yolks until creamy; beat in sugar, salt, va- nilla and nutmeg.
Beat in bourbon and rum slowly.
Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form, beating in powdered sugar.
Add cream and milk to yolk mix- ture; fold in egg whites.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
