Ingredients

 
Crunchy Peanut Butter – ½ cup
 
Baby Lima Beans – 1 ½ cups, cooked
 
Onion – ¼ cup, finely chopped
 
Basil – ½ teaspoon
 
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
 
Soft Breadcrumbs – 1 ½ cups
 
American Cheese – 1 ½ cups, grated
 
Milk – 1 ¼ cups
 
Parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped
 
Eggs – 4, well beaten
 
Seasoned Tomato Sauce – 1/3 cup

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cooked lima beans, onion, basil, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, cheese and eggs
2) Spoon the mixture in a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan
3) Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes

SERVING
4) Serve the dish warm with tomato sauce and if desired with green pepper strips and radish slices
