Southern-Grilled Trout Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 Ige. speckled trout | ||
| Melted butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 5 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Salt and pepper trout; place each trout on foil square.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over trout.
Close foil securely.
Grill over hot coals, turning occasionally for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
