 Onions2 Small, sliced and separated into rings
 Crookneck squash3 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch slices
 Frozen whole okra10 Ounce, thawed and cut into bite-size pieces (1 Package)
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), minced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Grated cheddar cheese1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)

Directions

Place onion slices, squash and okra on 24 x18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice.
Fold and seal foil edges tightly.
Grill packet, on covered grill, over medium-hot briquets 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning packet over once.
