Ingredients

 Onions2 Small, separated into rings
 3 medium crookneck squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
 Whole package1 , cut into pieces
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Place onion slices, squash and okra on 24 x18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and lemon juice.
Fold and seal foil edges tightly.
Grill packet, on covered grill, over medium-hot briquets 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, turning packet over once.
