Southern Style Creamy Baked Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen perch or halibut fillets - 1 (1-pound) package , thawed | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of shrimp soup - 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can , undiluted | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
MAKING
3 In the prepared baking dish, arrange the fillets.
4 Sprinkle with pepper.
5 Dot the fillets with butter.
6 Put the soup over fillets.
7 Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
8 Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

9 Serve hot.
