Ingredients
3 cup frozen corn, thawed
3 eggs well beaten
1 cup skim milk, warmed
2 tsp low-calorie margarine, melted
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir to thoroughly blend.
Pour into well-greased baking dish.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
