Ingredients
| Ham slices | 4 1/2 inch | |
| Whole cloves | ||
| Pineapple rings | 6 , canned | |
| Cranberry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted (Sauce or red currant jelly) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Sauce or red currant jelly) | |
| 8 oz. mashed cooked potatoes | ||
| Orange peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated (Sauce or red currant jelly) | |
| 1 gill orange juice | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce or red currant jelly) | |
Directions
Arrange ham slices in shallow baking dish, stud sides with cloves.
Place a pineapple ring on each ham slice.
Beat butter and salt into potatoes and mount on pineapple rings.
Brown in oven 20 minutes (375 °F.-Gas Mark 4).
In saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange peel, juice and brown sugar.
Heat the ingredients together and serve separately.
