 Fryer chicken 3 Pound
 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
 Lemon juice1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salad oil2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Margarine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light cream1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Slice the chicken in pieces big enough to serve.
2.In a large bowl, mix lemon rind, lemon juice, salad oil, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and drizzle it over the chicken.
3.Let the chciken marinate for 2 hours.

MAKING
4.Once done, take the chicken out and put in a paper bag already containing flour, salt and paprika,
5.Shake the chciken well so that it gets fully coated.
6.Keep the flour mixture aside for later use.
7.In a skillet, heat margarine and put chicken in it.
8.Saute for 30 minutes until the chiken turns brown.
9.Once done, take the chicken out and put the flour mixture in it.
10.Put milk and cream in the skillet and let the ingredients cook until thick sauce is formed.

SERVING
11.Serve chciken with the sauce.
