2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 (6 oz. each) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 cup dry bread crumbs, divided
1 (8.02.) jar chopped pimento, drained
2 Tbsp. minced green onions
2 Tbsp. Parsley
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, lime juice and red pepper; add crabmeat, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, pimento and green onions.
Form into 8 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
Coat in remaining bread crumbs.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Cook patties in nonstick frypan over medium heat in margarine 3 minutes each side
