Ingredients

 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 UNCLE BEN'S CONVERTED Brand Rice - 1 cup
 Barbecue sauce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Skinless bone-in chicken breasts - 4
 Frozen corn-on-the-cob - 1 package (6 half ears)

Directions

MAKING
1 In a large skillet, combine water, rice, 3/4 cup barbecue sauce and chicken.
2 Bring to a boil.
3 Cover and lower the heat.
4 Simmer for 25 minutes.
5 Add in the corn and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in center.
6 Spoon the remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over chicken.
7 Remove from the heat.
8 Allow to stand for 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

SERVING
9 Serve hot.
