Ingredients

 Pie crust/Null9 Inch (NULL)

 Flour/Null2 Tablespoon (NULL)
 Vanilla/Null1⁄2 Teaspoon (NULL)
 Sour cream/Null1 Cup (16 tbs) (NULL)
 Apples/Null2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped (NULL)

Directions

Bake pie crust 7 minutes at 350°.
Cool.
Mix filling ingredients thoroughly, and add apples.
Pour into partially baked shell, and continue baking at 450° for 30 minutes.
