 Medium shrimp3⁄4 Pound, unpeeled
 Canned pineapple tidbits8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained

 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon
 Whole wheat bread slice8 , toasted and buttered
 White bread slice4 , toasted and buttered
 Bacon slices8 , cooked, drained
 Tomato slices8

Bring water to a boil; add shrimp, and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well; rinse with cold water.
Peel, devein, and coarsely chop shrimp.
Combine chopped shrimp and next 4 ingredients; toss lightly.
Spread shrimp mixture on 4 slices whole wheat toast; top with white toast.
Place 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of tomato on each.
Top with remaining toast.
Secure sandwiches with wooden picks; cut into triangles to serve.
