South Of The Border Rice Recipe

Ingredients
6 slices uncooked bacon
3/4 cup water
1 can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 package Spanish rice mix
6 stuffed green olives, sliced
Directions
In glass baking dish, cook bacon, on high (9) for 5 minutes or until cooked.
Drain and reserve drippings.
In glass bowl, combine bacon drippings, water, tomatoes and Spanish rice mix.
Cover; cook on high (9) for 12 minutes or until liquid is almost completely absorbed.
Let sit for 5 minutes or until remaining liquid is absorbed.
Crumble bacon and mix into rice.
Garnish with sliced olives.
