Ingredients
1 6-oz. package egg noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. evaporated milk
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Place 2/3 of the noodles in casserole.
Brown onion and beef in skillet in oil over medium heat; drain excess fat.
Stir in flour, pepper, salt, garlic salt, oreg- ano, chili powder and milk; mix well.
Add tomato sauce and olives to beef mixture, stirring well; blend over low heat.
Pour over noodles in casserole; top with remaining noodles.
Press noodles into mixture slightly; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
