Directions

Prepare Honey-Lemon Dressing.
Cut avocado in 1/2-inch cubes.
Toss avocado cubes in lemon juice until coated on all sides.
Cut papaya in half.
Scoop out seeds with a spoon; discard seeds.
Peel papaya halves.
Cut each half, crosswise, in 1/4-inch slices.
Cut long slices of papaya in half to make 2" x 1/4" pieces.
Peel kiwi.
Cut crosswise in thin rounds.
Slice bananas.
Combine avocado, papaya, kiwi and bananas in a medium bowl.
Pour 1/3 cup Honey-Lemon Dressing over fruit; toss to coat fruit.
